The Animal and Human Health team of the International Livestock Research Institute (www.ilri.org), based in Nairobi, Kenya, is looking for an intern to join the team and help support the development of a food safety performance tool for African countries (following the model of Charlebois http://www.exchangemagazine.com/morningpost/2014/week46/Friday/FoodSafte...). The intern will support the desk-based collection of data and refinement of the instrument for Africa. This will be a one month internship, and ILRI will cater for travel and accommodation expenses. The position is required asap, and definitely within 2017.
