Webinar: New Animal Health Law

When:

Monday, September 27, 2021

Description:

The faculty of veterinary medicine and the Dutch food and consumer product safety authority (NVWA) invite you to attend a webinar on the new animal health regulation (EU) 2016/429 on September 27 2021 from 12.30-13.30h.

REGULATION (EU) 2016/429 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 9 March 2016 on transmissible animal diseases and amending and repealing certain acts in the area of animal health (‘Animal Health Law’).

On April 21 the regulation was completely renewed. There may have been substantial changes which influence your daily work.

Mr. drs. Rik Herbes of the NVWA will discuss:

  • Where to find the rules?
  • What are the most important changes?

As the webinar will only be one hour it won’t be possible to give a complete overview. But every journey starts with the first step. If you want to learn more about the animal health regulation (EU) 2016/429 then come to the webinar.

Let us know if you have specific questions or subjects you want to see discussed during the webinar. Please send an email to Sylvia Bannier-Strik (s.bannier-strik@uu.nl) and your question will be used in the presentation when possible.

We hope to see you there in MS Teams on September 27th!
