09:00-09:15 Start of course, introduction by Len Lipman and Derk Oorburg (Diplomates ECVPH)
09:15-11:30 Animal health regulation: the basics and more, by mr. drs. R.G. Herbes (NVWA)
11.30 – 12.30 Discussion on current challenges.
12:30-13:30 Lunch for those present
13:30-14:30 Quality control porcine meat views from the industry by Derk Oorburg
15:00-16:00 Guided tour VION Boxtel for those who are present. Presentation about the production and the process with visuals for those who are not present.
16:00-16:30 Closure of first day, drinks for those present.

If you want to do the course in person you have to come to Boxtel, The Netherlands. The costs for travelling and housing etc have to be provided by yourself. Please contact the organization first before booking flights and hotel to discuss if COVID-19 regulations make it possible to follow the course in person.
