A structured coaching offer supporting mentors in their role, helping them guide residents and early‑career veterinarians more effectively — with a focus on communication, wellbeing, mentoring challenges, and navigating difficult situations.

 Capacity: 15 places per language (2× EN, 1× FR, 1× DE)

• Monthly 1‑hour live coaching sessions
• Corresponding 1‑hour on‑demand webinars
• Fully online 
• March–September 2026
