This year's Annual Scientific Conference had as its theme „Science at the service of VPH to gain expertise in controlling Emerging risks in Veterinary Public Health " and was held at the Université de Liège, Liège/BE, on 2-4. October 2017.
The conference covered topics focusing on new and re-emerging risks and diseases, their control and the connected future role and reponsibility of VPH in an ever-changing and dynamic food- and animal health policy landscape. There was ample opportunity to interact informally with experts in the field, from within and outside of the College, and also to enjoy the interesting and beautiful city of Liège.
